📌 Rules & Guidelines

1️⃣ Eligibility – Child participants must be 5 years or older.
2️⃣ Entries – Participation can be:

• Solo (child only)

• Duo (1 child + 1 parent)

Each entry is limited to one registration form only.

3️⃣ Content – Ramp walk and presentations must be family-friendly and respectful of cultural values.

4️⃣ Time Limit –

• 1 minute for the ramp walk

• 1 minute to speak briefly about your dress, tradition, or theme

5️⃣ Recording & Media – By participating, you agree that organizers may photograph, record, and use images/videos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
6️⃣ Judging – The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
7️⃣ Evaluation Criteria – Creativity, Presentation, Costume, Confidence, Timing, and Stage Presence.
8️⃣ Responsibility – Performers must ensure their own physical readiness and attire arrangements.
9️⃣ Cancellation Policy – If unable to perform due to illness or any reason, the organizer must be informed immediately. ❌ No refund will be provided in case of cancellation by participant.
🔟 Performance Order – The sequence will be shared in advance. Missing your slot will mean no alternate chance or refund, as the event is time-bound.
